Airfare is one category outside our complimentary planning — airlines pay travel advisors little or nothing on tickets. Where flight assistance is chargeable we quote it before any work begins, so you always know the cost in advance.

Where that work pays for itself: business and first-class fares, multi-city and open-jaw routings, points and miles redemptions, and award availability that never surfaces on the public search engines. For a straightforward domestic economy class itineraries, you are usually better off booking it yourself.
